Partnership Properties Incorporated has been carrying on business in Canada since 1981 under such names as The Raymond Aaron Group™, The 10-10-10 Program™, The Wealth Creator Source™, The Real Estate Wiz™ and The Monthly Mentor™ offering educational services and programs across Canada and elsewhere.According to the federal Privacy Act, we are disclosing to you in this Privacy Statement the kinds of information we gather and what we do with that information. You have choice about the use of your personal information and this Privacy Statement informs you as to exactly how to exercise that choice.

What Personal Information We Collect

We collect Personal Information which you may have given us about specifically who you are, such as:

  • demographic information (such as gender, marital status, birthday and education)

  • transactional information (such as the history of your purchases or the fact that your name and address were obtained by us on pre-printed forms, your credit card numbers, banking information)

We do not collect Personal Information from bulletin boards or forums.

We need your name and address (postal and/or email) in order to deliver purchased products and services or requested information, and also to follow up with you about the transaction (i.e., send a bill, notify you that your membership is expiring, etc). We may also send you further information about those products, services or requested information, produced. From time-to-time, we may inform you of new products, new services or updated information related to the original products, services and requested information. This follow-up contact may be done by us solely. We never sell your Personal Information. Your credit card number, debit card number, or banking information is used only by us and only for processing payments and for presenting you with payment options.

Although it is highly unlikely, we may be required by law to provide information to law enforcement or judicial authorities.
